Quest 1: Emissary Tinnvin - Welcome to Crescent Reach

 Emissary Tinnvin [-26, -47, 0]
This character is findable using the find command. From the center of the city, take the North path and you'll eventually find him.
  1. Find your guildmaster's hall down the path from Tinnvin. You can train with him if you wish.

    2. Just walk down the stone path until you see a pavillion. Once you enter the pavillion the task will register as complete.
  2. Speak with Initiate Dakkan near the Traveller's Nook in the city.

    3. Head back to the city. Once you are up the steps and inside the main hub, he should be findable with the the "Find" command. His location is [-1357 -1608 -87]. Hail him to complete the task.
  3. Speak to Innkeeper Fathus in the Jade Dragon's Den in the City. 

    4. The Jade Dragon's Den is identifiable by the banners in the sky. It is the path to the South. Once nearby, Innkeeper Fathus is findable. Hail him to complete the task. [-1531, -1514, -87]
You receive experience.

Quest 2: Innkeeper Fathus - Getting to Know You: The Council Aid

 Innkeeper Fathus [-1531 -1514 -87]
If you just finished the first quest, you should already know where to go. Hail him and say "council" and "learn more". He gives you a note to take to Council Aide Mystrana
  1. Deliver One Crescent Citizen's Declaration to Council Aide Mystrana

    2. She is on the second floor. Once on the second floor, use the find command to find her through the path to the south west. Hand her the note and complete the quest [-1430 -1321 -12]

Quest 3: Council Aide Mystrana - Getting to Know You: Your City Charter

Council Aide Mystrana [-1430 -1321 -12]
You should be here after completing the last quest. Hail her and say "council business" and "charter"
  1. Speak with Librarian Howfar

    2. He is on the first floor, in the library [-1455 -1460 -87].

  2. Get a copy of the city charter.

    3. The city charter is up the ramp. Just walk up the ramp and walk around and it will appear around [-1449 -1462 -54].

Quest 4: Council Aide Mystrana - Getting to Know You: For Those Gone Before Us

Council Aide Mystrana [-1430 -1321 -12]
Go back up to the 2nd floor to Council Aide Mystrana. Hail her and say "learn more"
  1. Go to the top level of Crescent Reach and find the Ogre History Book

    2. Go up to the third floor. Go west through the curtain and follow the room to the left. You'll find a room with a bunch of crates. The book is on the middle crate [-1447 -1193 112].
